We are experiencing delays in pickup by our third-party courier provider, Sendle. This is due to shortage of staff due to covid, and the increase in sales volume.

There are various factors with them that may delay deliveries such as a no show in picking up items. While we have no control over this, we aim to have your items packed as soon as possible and booked for pick up.

We aim to always give you the best price for the products we sell, and compared to any competitors, our price are rarely beaten here in Australia. Due to the nature of the products that we sell i.e. kitchenware, most products are bulky and delivery are charged by volume if it is greater than its weight. As a result, delivery charges are necessary although we try to absorb as much as we can on shipping cost.

We appreciate your patronage and understanding in any potential extended lead times of fulfilment and delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience.
