Final Sale Policy
All items included in the Stock Clearance Sale are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to change of mind. Please review your purchase carefully before completing checkout.
Sale items have a 2-month warranty, not the standard 1-year warranty.
Condition of Electrical Items
All electrical products are sold as is and may not include Australian/NZ plug cables, regardless of any prior product descriptions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders will be processed and fulfilled within 3 business days (including Saturdays) from date of purchase.
Delivery time depends on Sendle, our primary carrier partner, and may vary based on location and service levels. Please allow up to 18 calendar days from dispatch date in most metro and regional areas. Some regional and rural areas may take more than 18 calendar days from dispatch date.
Customers will receive tracking details via email once dispatched.
We will certainly do our best to have products reach you as early as possible, however the above sets the minimum term.
Liability for Shipping Delays
Sofra Home is not responsible for carrier delays due to external factors such as delay of picking up by the carrier, weather, or peak shipping periods once dispatch order has been made. If an issue arises, customers should refer to the Sendle/Australia Post tracking details and contact them directly for quicker updates and resolution.
