Refund policy

We want you to welcome your purchase into your home with love and confidence so if you change your mind we will offer an exchange voucher or refund provided that:
• You return the item/s within 15 days of purchase.
• You produce a receipt or proof of purchase
• The items are in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.
If these requirements are not satisfied, Sofra reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund for change of mind return.
Other Returns

Sofra will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair where:
• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
• The product does not match the sample or our description; and
• You can present your Sofra receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.
• Exchange are subject to stock availability.
• Returns are made at the cost of the buyer unless you have been sent the wrong item, in which case we will cover cost of return and send the correct ordered item.

Sofra does not provide independent warranty as product warranties will remain with manufacturer and/or vendor.

Sofra may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
